Our first ever shipment from Mount Sunzu Coffee is teaching us more about how coffee is produced in Zambia. The team recently sent us a coffee grading chart with Zambai’s grading system attached for comparison. We’ve never received E grade coffees before, and are excited to be offering these huge honking beans for the first time!
