Bernice from Rwamatamu Coffee in Rwanda has just sent us through some numbers on the current amount of cherries that Rwamatamu have bought during the ongoing harvest season.
At Mbare washing station as of 21/03/2025:
Total cherries received - 71,445 kg
Cherries that sunk during sorting (positive) - 63,241 kg
Cherries that floated during sorting (defects) - 8,204 kg
