Rwandan coffee producer Rwamatamu has sent us through the following summary of the women’s coffee cooperative which they initiated by purchasing a plot of land for, and continue to buy coffee from year on year. The cooperative, named Tuzamurane mu Guhinga Kawa (’Let’s Uplift Each Other in Coffee Farming’), has been a great success due in large part to the motivation and hard work of the women that make up its members.
