Over the last few weeks coffee producers across Ethiopia have been cleaning up their equipment, calibrating their scales, and assembling their drying beds, as within the next week or so they will begin receiving and processing cherries.
Meanwhile, as the Export Manager for Mecota Trading, Moata Raya is checking in with the producers and farmers he works with to help estimate yields, make sure that everyone is ready to begin processing, while also advising on best operation practices.
