Harvest season has begun in Mozambique, and though last year producer Agrotur lost their crop to storms and flooding, Director Francisco Mandlate tells us that the team are ready this year to have the coffee fully processed before the rainy season begins. Additionally, after we shared some resources on best drying practices with the team, they’ve been able to construct beds for shade drying and purchase ecotact bags to better preserve coffee quality. We’re really happy with this news and hopeful that it means a better harvest for Agrotur this year!
