It’s the end of a very fruitful harvest in West Kenya, and though the cherries have stopped coming in, processing hasn’t quite finished; Lot 20’s warehouse in Rongo is full of seasonal workers, women local to the area who are hard at work hand sorting through dried coffee beans to pull out defects.
