Lot 20 founder Sidney is on-site in Rongo at the moment, overseeing the construction of a new dry mill which should give the team better control over the milling process of their coffees. While the foundation of the building is being built up still, the team have already received some of the grading equipment, and are running a few tests to see how it handles.
