August updates from Tanzania

We’ve received a harvest update from our friends at Ngila in Tanzania, which you can read below.

Mentions include:

• Though weather has been good, this season isn’t producing as much crop as expected.
• The first ever Blue Mountain lot is being produced this season.
• Early cuppings of Ngila’s coffee are producing pleasant results:
• Washed Kents – Bright citric acidity, fruit-forward, with a satisfying body.
• Geishas – Very well-balanced, pleasant fruity acidity, and a refined aftertaste.
