‘My name is Muhindo Raise, I am 25 year old, and I do not have my own family yet. I work for Agri Evolve for 1,5 years. I live with my aunts and sisters in Kagunda.’
‘ I study Agriculture in Martyrs University in Fort Portal. Before I got this job, I was a poultry attendant at a dairy farm. I like my job a lot, it has improved my performance, for instance my writing and keeping the records.’

‘We are growing at a high speed and even the future will be better. We now have a lot of equipment we did not have before and I think more new developments are coming.’‘Farmers are happy with us because before Agri Evolve, they were cheated by the buyers with low prices. If the farmers bring us good quality, we pay a good price in cash.’
‘Agri Evolve will keep growing and I hope to grow with them. I am eager to learn more. I hope to visit other companies and learn from them so we learn more skills.’
